  • I bought the chocolate covered cherry cones last night- very good.
  • I have a polar ft4 as well. I love it, does everything I need and it wasnt too pricey- under 100$.
  • I have a 9yo, 6yo, and a 6 month old. The two big ones are in school all day, which makes it easier to get workouts in. I have been doing jillian michaels dvds, watp, and turbo jam along with the elliptical. I want to lose about 20-30 lbs. i am nursing right now and loosing very very slowly. It can be really hard to stay…
  • 5'11 here. Feel free to add me.
  • I'm 5'11, currently 200 after having a baby. My first goal is to get back down to 180 so I can fit in my clothes again, and then get back down to 165-170. I don't really have any desire to be less than that, plus I look and feel healthy at that weight!
  • Butter, craisins, tsp. brown sugar, cinnamon and vanilla. I make the oats with water too, gonna try it with milk tommorow.
  • I cook mine with olive oil, garlic and mushrooms at dinner, its also yummy with a bit of lemon juice. For breakfast ill take some hash browns-white potato or sweet potato- and add some chard until wilted.
  • I like them. As someone else posted, I can always find enough energy for a watp dvd. Sometimes i dont even put on shoes or workout clothes, just do it in my pjs. I did them a lot while pregnant too, and now that i have a baby i do them with her strapped on me (modified). When i am too sore from other dvds, i can always…
  • I use 3,5 & 8 lbs. heavier for chest, biceps and lighter for those raises everyone is talking about.
  • I have an elliptical but i find it incredibly boring so i usually dont do it for longer than 30 minutes. I burn about 350 cals. the elliptical isnt some magic calorie melter though, i burn the same doing a 30 minute workout dvd.
  • I have a polar ft4 also. Works great, no complaints. It wasnt super expensive eitherr.
  • I am a sahm/ student right now. My oldest two (9, and 6) go to school all day so its just me and the 5.5 mo old. I would love to have more mom friends! I think the hardest part for me, is the monotony, i get bored easily. If i am bored i want to bake- and eat! I am really looking forward to spring so i can get out of the…
  • Craisins, butter, vanilla and cinnamon with just a touch of brown sugar.
  • I would pair it with some sort of cardio- walking, elliptical, or something. I like to do it with her kickboxing dvd. One level is just 20 minutes, the two add up to be about 45-50 minutes.
  • I like mine open because I feel like it keeps me more honest. I eat a lot of food, I have dessert everyday, BUT, I think twice about going back for seconds or thirds because I don't want to log "10 Oreo cookies" etc. It keeps me accountable but I can completely see why people might want to be private with that info.…
  • The other dvds are longer- about 45 minutes i believe. Boost metabolism is mostly cardio if i remember correctly, i havent done it in a long time. I think any of them would work as a follow up to the 30ds.
  • I had my baby in September, but while I was pregnant I would work out on our elliptical or do a DVD that I bought- either Summer Sanders or Walk away the pounds (it was 100 degrees outside!) nothing too strenuous. I think that it is recommended to not start a strenuous workout program while pregnant, just keep up with what…
  • I use fresh or frozen. My favorite is salmon with lemon or mustard and honey. I also eat white fish with butter.
  • I'm not a fan of the original slim in 6, but I have her advanced dvd's (shape it up and tone it up) and they are pretty tough. I lost all my baby weight after my first, and got in awesome shape. They are a bit on the long side, but I really enjoyed them.
  • I have an elliptical, a jump rope, hand weights, a huge collection of dvds and a few pairs of sneakers. I get bored very easily so I like having options. I am not someone who could do 30ds for 30 days straight. Lifting weights has the most impact on my body though, if I just stick with cardio I don't really lose weight.
  • Fage 2% with cherry is my favorite, and I like the dannon oikos key lime and my grocery just started carrying LIberte brand, which i liked. Chobani is too sweet, and a lot of the others have splenda which gives me horrible headaches so I avoid. Luckily Fage goes 10for 10$ here pretty often and I stock up.
  • Bananas are left out, but everything else is in the fridge, I like my stuff cold. I don't know if it lasts longer because I have never left it out to see.
  • I've been on an oatmeal kick lately- Its about 280 cals the way i eat it oats- whatever variety you prefer craisins 1tsp. brown sugar cinnamon vanilla 1/2 T. butter Pair it with a protein, like cottage cheese, hard boiled egg, or lean breakfast meat, and it keeps me full for quite a while .
  • I'm 5'11, and just had a baby a few months ago so I'm at my highest weight 197. Being tall is both a blessing and a curse. I don't look horrible at this weight, so its hard to get motivated, even though I am "overweight". My goal is 170lbs. I've done it before (well twice, after each of my previous pregnancies)
  • They do have a cheesecake made with Splenda I think, although I recommend just splurging on the real thing, Lemon raspberry is so good! I have liked everything I've tried there, I also like how they have the smaller appetizers. Luckily, the one closest to us is a 40 min drive, we only go once a year.
  • Sounds fun, Im in. I'm 5'11 199 lbs 32 Midwest I'm not sure I am down for 8lbs, I'll be happy with 5 Happy for VDC requests!
  • Fajitas are a good choice, you can make them how you want them. You can even just skip the tortillas all together if you want, or do corn ones if available. I would just add each item separately in the food guide, or if you search for whatever item you eat there is probably a few equivalent choices from chains, that will…
