  • I like fitnessblender, walking dvds, kickboxing, jillian michaels on youtube I change it up a lot! I have such a wide variety of dvds. I don't' know how old your kids are, that makes a big difference in what you can do. Can you bike ride with kids- in a trailer? Or get a double/triple stroller? Sometimes those items can be…
  • Hot chocolate Dark Choc chips Kisses If I want chocolate, that's what I want. I just find a way-
  • I'm 5'11 and 179 right now, down from 220. I want to get to 170 then see where i am. 155 would be the lowest I would want to go, but it's hard to maintain, and I'm old :) Right now I wear a 12, and probably won't be lower than a 9 when I'm done. When I was 135 and way too skinny pre kids I wore a 7. Feel free to add me.
  • I am a sahm so I workout during naptime, but with my other two kids I worked. I usually worked out after they went to bed. My 15 month old goes to bed at 7pm, I don't know what time your s goes to bed, but I found a late night workout was easier than waking up early-I am not a morning person. I have tried to incorporate my…
  • Fitnessblender on YouTube. They have a ton of videos all different lengths. I also like jillian s dvds, her kickboxing one is 20 minutes and a great calorie burn.
  • I love ranch, I buy the simply dressed light ranch (Marie's) usually - 1tbs is 35 calls, or I just bought a new Greek yogurt ranch called litehouse opa which is only 30/tbsp. but I don't like it as much as Marie's .
  • Pizza. Cant just eat one slice, or two, or three. Its too yummy. I also have a hard time around fresh baked cookies
  • 1. Wine 2. Eggs 3. Spinach 4. Greek yogurt 5. Berries 6. Steak 7. Sweet potatoes 8. Bread 9. Avocado 10. Cheese
  • I am nursing a 9 month old and I eat about 1900-2000 cals and then workout 4/5 x a week and burn around 4-500 cals each time. I am loosing .5 lbs a week. Sloooooow! But if i eat more, i gain. If i eat less, my supply goes down. I do eat pretty crappy sometimes too, which I know, but i am a work in progress and nursing…
  • I have done a few of their workouts and in the ones with the calories burned meter on the side, i have found I burn right in the middle according to my hRM. I do the low impact cardio and kickboxing ones the most.
  • My kids like: Breakfast for dinner Tacos Fajitas Pulled bbq chicken Homemade sloppy joes Turkey burgers Pork chops Quesadillas . Snacks are fruit, yogurt, goldfish Lunch is a sandwich, a fruit and a veggie My kids are older, 9&6, and the youngest doesnt eat table food yet. I have found that making food instead of buying…
  • Maybe join a gym with a daycare? Or buy a peice of equiptment so you could watch tv with your wife and workout at the same time? Its so muchharder to make time for everything with kids and a crazy work schedule I workout in the morning around 10am after my 9mo's first nap. I am a SaHm though, with two older kids who help…
  • I'm a little over 9 months pp. - Anyone can add me.
  • I would get the turkey and havarti because it sounds delicious-
  • I have a nice elliptical and wish i had got a treadmill instead. Its so boring I can only go 30-45 min max on it. I like running better.
  • There are lots of frozen greek yogurts by the ice cream here. Ben &jerry's even makes one. Dont know what you have available there. You could also make your own, there are tons of recipes online. I go through phases where I must have ice cream and so i buy the small containers of haagan daaz frozen yogurt and top it with…
  • Laughing cow makes cream cheese wedges now. They were pretty good. I like lowfat cream cheese on mine, but I dont eat bagels that often.
  • Fitnessblender has some quiet cardio videos- no jumping at all. Also, you could just modify the jumping moves in jillians dvd, to some thing less loud. Good luck- i hate apartment living. I think if you arent doing this at midnight then they need to get over it. Its only 24 minutes!
  • I'm 5'11 and currently 192lbs. I was up to 220 after pregnancy. I want to get to 175. I wear a 12 right now, and i want to be an 8. I am nursing and my appetite is out of control- will be more serious about cutting calories once I wean. Right now if I don't eat enough Baby gets mad :) slow and steady is the way I am doing…
  • I have Cathe's Kick, punch and crunch and I really like it. I have also been doing fitnessblenders kickboxing workouts on youtube. Jillian has a kickboxing dvd that has 3 seperate 20mi ute segments , I do one along with 30ds to make my workout longer.
  • Fruit, reduced fat string cheese, hard boiled egg, veggies and hummus. All under 100 cals.
  • I like the marzettis simply dressed light ranch. 1tbsp is around 35 cals. I am not a fan of balsamic/oily dressings. The other one I buy is marzettis blue cheese vinaigarette.
  • I have realized that Sonic has nothing healthy. I only eat there when I know its a splurge, otherwise I stick with an unsweetened tea. One thing I was surprised by, was Applebee's burgers. I knew they would be bad, I knew it was a splurge, I knew I would go over, however I did not realize that a burger was 1700 cals.…
  • I like to pair extra cardio with her dvds. My fav combo right now is one level of her kickboxing dvd (20min) and a level of the 30ds or ripped in 30 which are around 30 min. My belly fat is always the last to go- so frustrating. If you have the $$- i have heard good things about her longer program- body revolution i think?
  • When mine was a newborn I ate a lot of; Cheesesticks, kind bars, greek yogurt, hard boiled eggs, popcorn, sandwiches, fruit, veggies and hummus. Basically anything i could eat one handed that wasnt messy.
  • Since your husband works nights can you wake up when he gets home and have him watch the baby before he goes to bed for a bit? My dh's night shift is 10-4a, so I get up at 8 and workout in the morning when my daughter is the happiest. I do workout dvds or my elliptical. Another option is walking early before it gets hot,…
  • I have worked in many restaurants and I think it really depends on the individuals working there. These things don't deter me from eating out, it is a risk I am willing to take sometimes. That said, some people question the food/meat we buy at the grocery store, unless you raise/butcher/prepare your food 100% then you take…
  • I have a trailer that can hold 100 lbs. i use to pull my son who was 60 lbs and my daughter who was 27 with a bike from target. It was doable on a flat road. Impossible on big hills, but it was a great workout. Now i am just waiting for my littlest to be old enough so i can use the trailer with her.
  • I have a 7 month old who is nursing 90% of the time. I have an extremely hard time losing weight while nursing. I have 9lbs or so till my prepregnancy weight and then 15 more after that. Im eating a ton, working out every day, and losing inches but the scale is slow moving. I know I need to work on what I am eating, but I…
