If I have many calories left (which I did tonight). I love Kashi Cinammon harvest with unsweetened vanilla almond milk...just had some and it was yummy! I love cereal, but tend not to eat it for breakfast because it doesn't last as long as a protein meal. So, it 's a treat if I have the leftover calories at night ????

I don't mind eating a frozen dinner occasionally. I look at thm and try o find the ones I like that are basically decent protein and some veggies. I guess I still am going by diets I've done in the past.....you know the ones where they say not to eat after a certain time. I'm glad to hear that I should eat if I'm hungry, no matter wha the time. Old habits are hard to give up ????????

Yes, I know that Subway isn't really considered healthy (although they would like you to think it is) Just find myself in food court occasionally, and try to find the best bang for my calories.
