I've enjoyed this...LOL! I can't wait to post some success pics and I'm glad to know my "unclean" eating, while creating a calorie deficit, will get me to my goal.

Hi, I'm motivated by staying healthy. I am on no medication and I want to keep it that way. Diabetes and high blood pressure run in my family and I have been blessed to avoid them so far. Also, I want to shop without frustration, just being able to buy clothes that are not plus-size.

I have a total of 70 pounds to lose also. This is my first month of MFP and I'm feeling positive (former Weight Watcher). I'm using the TDEE method to help me with calorie intake calculation and it has helped me, 7 pounds lost so far. You can add me as a friend, we can encourage each other.

I was just tired of dieting and being overweight. This year I decided to ditch my Weight Watchers membership and try a lifestyle change instead. I've learned so much from these boards in just the past 27 days. I eat sensibly and exercise when I can and it is working for me.
