Sounds yummy. I can't wait to try it. Can you tell me what one serving equals? (ex: cups, ounces, etc.)

Hi there, you need to add the "healthy fats" like the omega-3 fatty acids. Fish, nuts and almond butter spreads can do this. Also, add fiber to your diet. Fiber makes your body think it's full and stops the hunger reflex.

Hi there, The type of carbs also make a difference. Carbs from fruits will break down better in your body. So try to substitute a craving for a bad carb with a good one. Veggies also can help. Remember moderation is the key. If you deprive your body too much all at once it will beef up on the cravings (sort of like a…

Hi there, Be careful with nuts for they are high in fats. These are the "good fatty acids" that promote heart healt (omega 3's) but they will add weight if eaten in excess. Also some people develop an intestinal problem (pollups) when they eat too many nuts and seeds.

There was an article that I just skimmed that gave some recommendations on how to exercise to reduce cellulite. The article was in…

I recently just had a nutrition class in my college courses. To stay healthy while losing weight it is recomended to eat no more than 600 calories LESS than your suggested BMI intake. So if your normal caloric intake is 2000 calories (consuming this keeps you at your current weight and you feel good. No dizzy spells, don't…

Hang in there. It takes a while for your body to readjust to a new eating stlye and exercise regime. All of a sudden when your body readjusts the weight will start coming off. My trainer always tells me to stay away from the scale and measure inches lost instead. It is better for the ego and boosts the will power.
