my week 1 goals: 1) drink at least 8 glasses of water a day, 1 as soon as i wake, 1 before bed, and 1 before each meal, others spread around 2) work out at least 5 times a week, (walking 3 -5 miles) 3) always stay within my daily calorie allowance 4) Stay positive about this life style change 5) lose 3lbs at the least.
