How is everyone doing? I didn't do so well last week, but I'm not giving up! I think doing the 30 day shred every day is a little unfeasible, considering I have a small dorm room and a roommate! So my new goal is to work out at least 4 days a week and log my food everyday.

It's a great program! I haven't successfully stuck through all 30 days, but at no fault to the program. I just started up again this weekend. Best of luck to all!
