  • I do exercise Saturday, grab a protein shake, and then off I go with cleaning, errands or both. So my problem is poor planning for the weekends.   • No never tried. I don't think I will. I will just keep adjusting my workouts and trying to eat right until I reach my goal. Good luck to you!
