Need to watch the Tylenol. A friend of mine is having some big health issues. She admits to taking a tylenol w a glass of wine each night (for sleep) and now is in big trouble with her liver.

Hello, I actually started yesterday but did not get in the exercise. Today however had a wonderful walk and found a garage sale on the way. After finishing the walk I came back and found some items that I had been looking for a dear friend. Yeah...I so want to get healthy, it is so past time. Appreciate some encouragement…
