Waw....I just figured out that I have the same thing...for the last 3 days I just cant stop eating...and its japortising my diet and my weight loss...I knew I am having some times bad days, but never connected them to the period. Same here...mid week 5 and 4 pounds lost. A bit discuraged. But i am eating as well below my calory target ( i eat 1400- when recomended 1800).

Just started insanity and i have a question: should i take protein poder if i want to loose weight? Or it will stop the weight loss...and how good is shakology???...i defenitly need some support!
