I wear a HRM at the gym, and depending on how much I bust my *kitten*, I burn between 400-600 per hour.

Turbo Fire, Chalean Extreme, Focus T25, if you can stomach Jillian Michaels she has some decent ones. Sounds silly, but the Biggest Loser ones are pretty good too!
-
Awesome. That's what I thought, I just am seriously overthinking things. Thanks!

I took them for maybe a week? They were just way too BIG for me! Honestly though, I just took them at the same time. No ill effects.

Quest Bars <3333

It's not terrible...but honestly the shakes did NOT fill me up at all. I was ravenously hungry an hour or two later.
-
Wooo! Get going girl!

I LOVE the plans on bodybuilding.com. They all have descriptions, a complete plan with sets and reps plus videos of each exercise so you know exactly how to do them. They have printable pages too so you can take it with you to the gym.

As long as it's consistently in the same spot it shouldn't make a huge difference. If you REALLY want to know how accurate it is, take a 5 (or 10, etc etc) lb weight and put it on the scale. See which one comes closest.

Slimfast shakes just made me HANGRY. (Hungry + angry!) They tasted just ok, not all that pleasant. Kind of chalky. I'd much rather make my own smoothie or protein shake!
-
Reese Peanut Butter Eggs. They gotta be frozen though!

I workout between 10:30pm and midnight since I work late evenings. I usually have a snack after, but that's because I WANT one, and I'm pretty dang hungry after a workout! As long as you are staying within your calories, it doesn't matter if you eat before/after or not. Whatever floats your boat!

MFP put me at 1200 and I was a stark mad, STARVING crazy bia to be around. I also follow Weight Watchers, so I eat anywhere between 1500-1800 a day and lose on average 2 a week. Up those cals!

I don't really have a sweet tooth unless I eat sugar...then OH MY GOD I NEED SUGAR!! So I stay away, plain and simple. If I don't have it, I don't crave it as much.
-
Nay for the same reason...it's nasty! But if you choose to eat it, just cap yourself at 1-2 times per week and the risk of mercury is relatively nill.
-
Just the undies! Strip off the PJs in the morning, weigh, get dressed for work.
-
I just had that problem. I had a pre packaged sushi for dinner, that had the calories boldly displayed right on the front...yet there were 7 different entries NONE of which were right in the database. -.-

I really love Old Navy's activewear. Super comfy and actually somewhat cute! When there are sales it gets pretty cheap too. If you have a TJ Maxx near you, their clearance section is AMAZING! I got some yoga pants originally $92 for about $7. Loooove!

Stir fry of jalapeno-roasted pepper chicken sausage, sweet potato and feta.

Oh man, I'm the exact opposite. I think Subway smells AMAZING.

As long as you aren't diabetic and most of your sugar is actually coming from whole foods (IE, fruit) I think you're fine.

First time I tried I was 218. Tried again at 231. Both times it kicked my butt, but it's definitely possible.
-
I tried MFP about a year ago and was getting 1200. I stopped using it because I was always ravenous. Starving ALL THE TIME. I am back on the plan and at 1480 I'm seemingly doing pretty well.

I don't judge on their weight, I judge on their advice. I went through med school and just have to take the exam to become a registered dietician, so I tend to be rather picky with what people say on these boards. Honestly, a lot of it makes me cringe. Some is good, but again I judge it based on what the advice is and how…

Right after I eat. If I wait, I'll forget!

I do! Half an ounce is a lot of chia seeds though. I usually put a tsp or so in yogurt, oatmeal, smoothies, basically mixed into anything soft.

I love Full Circle Organics no sugar added. It's so creamy and delicious. I usually eat a tablespoon on a banana for an after workout snack.
