  • Hey...I just use sports bottles and I happen to re-use the Deer Park ones which holds 23.7 ounces (700 ml)..which I count as 3 cups. Normally after i get my maximum amount (by FitBit) I usually just stop counting as I normally go through at least one more sports bottle when I finally get a chance to relax and watch TV.…

  • Yeah, I am with you. I have lost almost 50 pounds and during the holidays- it appears that I am kinda hovering between 2-4 pounds back. I think the kicker to me is that I have had to buy new clothes - and as a christmas present - my wife had me get new jeans and shirts as the one I currently have look overly large on me.…
