did 25 of 30 day shred 60 minutes walking 30 minutes scrubbing the floors

i am also doing 30ds.....will take measurements i lost 1.8 lbs first week i modified somewhat.....to fit 6 weeks, 2 weeks/level, 1stb wk w/o weights, 2nd week w/weights, am on day 2 of week 2

got the first of my workouts in today for next month i was thinking of toning tuesday where we work on toning for 1 body part...be it arms, legs, abs, chest, etc....

weigh in= 159.7 loss of 1.8 lbs since last Monday bf%= 29.5, down from 30 last Monday goal for next Monday= 157.5.......I can do it

got in 30 day shred burned 244 calories really didnt feel like working out as i am super tired today and am still putting in an 8 hr shift at work but i pushed thru gonna have left over home made lo mein for lunch and dinner will be a turkey sandwich at work

did my 100+ jumping jacks gonna try my hardest to get my workouts in this weekend....sat not too hard sunday will be hard between church in am and work in afternoon but i will do my level best to get it in

under calories.... jumping jacks no problemo.....i do 90 easily in the 30 day shred which i am going to attemot to do 2x tomorrow

so far today, so good..... i tracked all my calories i have and will consume today and i still have wiggle room plus i worked out so i got my burn in

i will burn as much as possible over the weekend but i work so i cant do multiple workouts water i am not sure how much i was supposed to drink but i drank 10 8 oz glasses work really kicked by butt tonight i come home and there was pizza uh oh.....i ate 1 slice but still in my calories

I dont know about no more trouble zones but I am on day 3 of 30 day shred and it kicks your booty....for a 20 minute workout, it sure packs a punch
