  • Try Calisthenics and you will achieve your goal quite fast. Start with the basics: Push Ups Pull Ups Dips Sounds to simple to be true but it works;) I did and the results showed up after 2 month already. Give it a shot.
  • I would also suggest you the caliper. I use it since about 2 month now and double checked my BF% at the doc. The difference is around 1.0.
  • I think it is quite interesting and worth looking into another way "evolution". We just developed food way to fast during the last centuries and our bodies did not have the chance to adapt that fast. E.g. the stone age man where eating way less carbs. No bread, no noodles,.... We eat carbs in quite big quantity every…
  • Hi, short therm wise the wii tenis might burn some more cal's. But keep in mind "more muscles = more burn". So using calisthenics to build up your muscles will increase your daily fat burn:) And this is what you want isn't it?
  • Hi there. I just started with some basic calisthenics and after 3 month I can already see the results. I would suggest you to start with push ups, pull ups and some core work out. Keep me posted on your results.

  • I found out that running in the morning and calisthenics in the eve is working out for me. But I guess the main point is to work out:)
