This is so funny - I have researched the same things - form, breathing etc. I am doing week 5 day 3 today - trying to stay positive that I can do it. I have read a lot of good tips here on this blog so I feel a little better about it.

I just completed Week 5 Day 2 and am really feeling it. Day 3 consists of a 20 min run and I don't think I can do it. I was really huffing and puffing after only 8 mins so I really don't know how I could possibly complete 20 mins nonstop. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to make it through the 20 mins? Thanks!
