Hahaha! 1000 cals are for the weak. I want to hear from the people who burn 3000+ cals on a daily basis!

I'm 5'5 and about a buck 20 in weight. It takes 11 miles at a 7:30 avg pace to burn about 1000 cals. Do it daily actually and it sucks.

I ate close to that yesterday and sometimes eat over that... Half of my friend's list also eat like that too! So we hold hands and support each other. Only difference is we feel good about it!

Theoretically I just wear a water belt... but then I'll run up to 20 miles without water. I gradually build myself up to that mileage without water though... starting from a casual 30 mins jog. Also, if it is hot, I just start my run earlier... My friends on here may laugh at the word 'earlier' though...

I don't get it... one does not put on weight by eating 800 cals... How did you gain the weight you are intending to lose on your 800 cal diet? I'm not trying to be a **** but I really don't understand!

Energy drinks and 4 little pieces of candy (100 cals per piece). Wanted something high calorie for energy without the weight. Ran a race this morning.

Update: thats me and my pizza in the profile pic. Being the only female and being 'so tiny' / 'little', the whole crowd had my back. In the end I could only down 80% of the pizza (left only two slices)... It was just too much for ke. Ill attempt it again in the fall though :-)

I agree running makes me hungry... and it's all about watching what you eat. However, after a 5 hour run I'm more tired than hungry and would just sleep instead of eat. Running 5 hours daily isn't sustainable for me however.

That so happened to me too... Day 1... Extremely tired... Day 2 headache that went away with a little caffeine (crystal light plus caffeine)... Day 3 onwards, I feel totally fine. No problems. I'm off it until the 27th of this month.

Yeah... If you eat over 1200 cals (like 2000 cals over...)... You may gain weight if not exercising to make up.

Ha... expect to eat over your calories when eating out.. no troubles... Just log it and leave it alone... don't fret over it. Start again tomorrow.
