  • Peppers- red, jalapeño, chili, cayenne etc (I am allergic), rice cakes (tastes like sawdust), sauerkraut, beets, beans, hot dogs, sausages, any food that has more than 3 ingredients listed in it (unless I make it of course!), tofu, marmelade, ham and grits :noway:
  • Try some popcorn.... I just had the same problem tonight. I was starving and had about 100 calories left allowable to me. I had a cup of Orville Redenbacher Light Butter Popcorn and it tasted heavenly!! And it filled me up... hope this helps!
