Am a gamer too....currently in RIFT. I hear you about cutting back....fortunately I dont get on with chocolate and pepsi......but have substituted my 7up and JD to plain sugar free 7up together with making sure i do at least 15 mins on my cross trainer...

HI All Feel Free to add me...am from dare i say it...... ESSEX Found MFP about 10 days ago and found the food tracker just the app i needed to keep track of my intake per day.

Cool....I have guildwars2 but have not got into it as yet....... Maybe one day our paths will cross in there

I started in april 2011 at 123kgs......lost 41kgs by april 2012..gave up smoking and put back on 5kgs....am currently 87.6kgs and am aiming for 67kgs at the end......
