Yeah, lately I've been eating allot more lately on the off chance that was it. I have to be careful about when I eat animal proteins though, because they make me really tired. Oh. I'm 23 and I weigh 155 pounds.

I find having an exercise I really enjoy helps allot. I take classes like zumba or yoga (or do a tape like yoga booty ballet) after work and I look forward to it all day. You'll have to use your own discretion ( some of them are kind of awful) but once you go through the trouble of organizing 10-12 videos, ripping , then burning them to a CD, you have a work out cheap as free.
