  • My husband does the same thing! I don't think our kids got a single one of the Little Debbie snacks I bought last week :) Lol! I confess that no matter how much weight I lose, I always feel the same as I do when I was at a higher weight and want to lose more. There has never been an "I'm happy at this weight" time for me.
  • I have to agree with Malibu927 as well. It's probably not what you want to hear, but although it's quite possible to lose that amount of weight in that time frame, the chances that you'll gain it back quite quickly afterwards are pretty high. Losing it at a slower rate more gradually will give you better long term success.…
