I'll join to if it isn't to late! I start next week. I've never lifted weights so this should be interesting. Are you guys upping your calories? I usually eat between 1200 and 1400 but the program is telling me to eat 1826 on non-workout days and 2055 on workout days. I'm not sure if I'm actually going to eat all of that.

Miss_Allie, that is my biggest problem! I am so out of proportion my boyfriend and I actually have the same inseam length of 32 inches (and he is 4 inches taller than me). I like my long legs but my midsection tends to look chubbier than it really is because its so stumpy!

I'm 5' 1" and am currently 109 pounds. At my heaviest I was 118. I'd like to loose just a bit more weight and get to 105 pounds (my "ideal" running weight) but mostly I'd like to gain muscle and get rid of some of my flab!

The easiest way to consume calories (and least fulfilling) is by drinking them. If I had to give just one tip to someone starting out I would tell them to not drink anything except water for 2 weeks and see how much weight they loose. I am right handed and eat with my left hand. It can be frustrating but it slows me down A LOT. Also, try having a conversation with someone while you eat!

I'm boring I just eat cereal or some toast. I stopped drinking orange juice recently and lost 4-5 pounds. I used to drink ONLY juice, probably 5-7 glasses a day with the occasional soda and now I drink water and nothing else.
