You don't have to be actively thirsty for your body to tell you it wants some water :) It's more like, if it pops into your head that some would be nice, go for it! But don't go out of your way to down glasses of water you don't need.

I like skinny for myself, but I never really like commenting on people's bodies because I think it's rude. Different people have different bodies and that's okay- I wish everyone could focus on health instead of their bodies. Not that I can. But it would be nice.

I just like having a plate of salad with no dressing :) I've had it all my life and I find it delicious :) You could try that, I know it sounds boring but when you have it for a while you'll get used to it and start loving it! A lot of people end up treaing carrots lke sweets :)

Just popped in to say the eight glasses a day rule is not backed up by any good evidence. You do NOT need to drink eight glasses a day- you get water in your food as well. Just follow what your body wants when it comes to water.

I don't have kids, but one day I will, and I never want to focus on weight or anything around them. Eating healthy as a family is great, but I believe that the focus should be on health, not weight loss when children are involved. I believe that if you eat healthily and sensibly, you'll stay at a healthy weight :)

I'll usually get six pieces :) Maybe seven if I decide to have vegetable sushi. I always get brown rice. I can't fit in any more than that! I can't understand how you guys eat so much!! Don't you find the rice super filling?

I've always had sticky-outy bones, and they do get painful if I sit down for too long. It is quite annoying, I always have trouble on the wrong sort of chair -_-

I highly doubt it. And anyway, any calories you burn doing that will be included in your daily calories anyway. You wouldn't log "Going to the fridge" as exercise, would you?

I usually tend to have a slice of wholegrain bread for lunch with stuff on it :) The stuff always changes, but the bread is a staple. I also love hummus with veges.
