i find stairs to be the hardest damn exercise. at the gym, i can last three minutes MAX on the stair master, and my heart is racing like no other cardio workout makes it.

i will never go back to just wearing pads and tampons. yes, it can be a little messy to use especially if you are in a public bathroom changing it, but it's worth it. my uterus hates me, so before i went on a regulator, i would only get my period a few times a year but it was very heavy and would last weeks. i didn't sleep…

they seem really simple, but i can't figure out how to do them properly. and yes, i've watched you tube instructional vids! they say not to let your knees go over your toes, but they also say to go as low as you can.... if i go low, my knees go over my toes, so i don't know what they're talking about.

i have a math disability so bear with me! :laugh: so if you eat 6 oz of something, and the item in the food database uses 4 oz as a serving size, you just divide that?

most broth has pretty much no calories, but marinades do and will add calories to whatever you're making. no idea how many though!

it was that for the same food item, the same entry, the portions were off. so if an entry said 1 serving of 4 oz is 100 calories, but then you changed the serving option to 4 servings of 1 oz, that number would be totally different to the 1 serving of 4 oz.

my gym has a pool, sauna and whirlpool. i use all of 'em when i'm sore.

i'm not sure where you could find really colourful or patterned clothes. i do wish makers of these items would use a good, thick fabric for the crotch area though! i just bought a pair of pants the other week and the thigh area is already wearing. boo!

yup, i bought a no-name brand for pads once, and they ripped open while wearing them and the padding inside came out.

i actually lost 1.5 lbs, but i expect maybe this next weigh in will show a gain or maintenance.

haha, just watched a bunch of her videos and they're pretty funny. i wish she'd quit with the stupid little dogs though, and get rid of all the video splicing.

do you have any idea how many calories are in a pump of something? like when i order a gingerbread latte i usually get a couple extra pumps, but i have no idea how many calories that adds.
