I'm the same way. I find it very hard to stick to my calories and get myself into a vicious cycle of eating over my calorie limit and then having to go to the gym to burn it off.

When the cardio area is pretty much empty, and someone gets on the machine right next to you. It fills me with so much rage. I'll literally get off my machine and use another one. But I'm an asocial person, so. :)

My local Y membership is TWICE the amount of the other gyms. I was shocked.

Personally, I feel like climbing stairs is one of the hardest cardio workouts out there. I can do an hour on the treadmill or elliptical but after 5 minutes of stairs, I feel like I'm going to have a heart attack.:D

I have no idea, but I know that when I run, my shins (and eventually knees) start to hurt like hell. Personally, I think it's because I'm too fat to run, and that all the weight I'm carrying is bearing down on my joints when I run for more than a couple minutes.

I love Oikos. It comes it all sorts of good flavours, like coconut, banana, chocolate orange, chocolate raspberry, and pomegranate.

I tried this recipe lately for Tuna Pasta Salad and really liked it: allrecipes.com/recipe/70208/amelias-tuna-macaroni-salad/ To make it healthier, I used whole wheat macaroni, a mix of low fat mayo and plain yogurt, added extra tuna, and more veggies (carrots, green pepper, cucumber).

When you need chocolate, nothing else will satisfy the craving. At least for me! I tried having a chocolate rice cake or something, but it doesn't do the trick. Maybe try a cup of hot cocoa, a chocolate flavoured yogurt (Oikos makes chocolate raspberry and chocolate orange), or a small amount of the real deal.

Chia seeds and tofu. Everyone always says that tofu takes on the flavour of anything you cook it in, but I find it flavourless and the texture is sickening.

ya, zumba burns a lot of calories. i find i can go on a treadmill or elliptical for over an hour but i'm in pretty good shape after it, but with an intense zumba class, i'm dead after 60.

i think a guy should pay, as it helps offset the cost of being a woman. :wink: i mean, the cost of make-up, hair cuts, high heels, lingerie, waxing....

um... i have no idea, i just wanted to say that i do everything possible in pyjamas as well. :laugh:
