god, that was SO sad, and what's worse is the comments on that you tube video. people are such *kitten*. i hope he's able to lose the weight again and keep it off, and his girlfriend is awesome for standing by him when things got tough.

good question, i have a lot of trouble figuring that stuff out. for example, when weighing a chicken breast or strips that come frozen, do you weigh it frozen, raw, or once it has been cooked?

a whole medium pizza, a bag of cookies, chicken dippers with dipping sauce, and potato chips.

croutons. one serving of those tasty little bad boys (literally 6 small croutons) is like 50 calories. i used to dump those things in a salad.. now they're just not worth it for what you get.

i did a weight loss program with a trainer that aside from eating healthily, was solely lifting heavy. i was instructed not to do any cardio because my body would be too tired after the lifting, and it worked. the weight melted off. i wouldn't want to do that as a long term program mind you, but people who say you don't…

haha, me too. i love the veggie and cheese on italian with lots of veggies and light mayo. haven't been since i've been trying to lose weight though, so i think when i do i'll do away with the mayo, and go for the 6 inch.

something like 50% or more (i forget the percentage) of the calories you eat are still absorbed by the body when you throw up, intentionally or not. i think that's why many people with bulimia stay around the same weight.

i weigh once a week, when i wake up on friday's. sometimes i can't resist the urge and i get on the scale a couple times during the week and it's ALWAYS a mistake. it always says i've put on a few pounds and then i freak out, but by friday it's always back down. :)

what do you guys mean a deficit is already built in? i thought that the 3500 calories you're supposed to eliminate every week was supposed to come from both a calorie deficit and exercise?

3 meals, and 2-3 snacks.

i always find it odd when women get totally naked and walk about the change room, from the showers to the hair dryers to the bathrooms, and so on. it's a change room, people are going to get naked, but it's weird to me when people walk about the place *kitten* naked.

do all the diet pills out there make you crap out the fat? i was on xenical once, and that's what it did, just wondering if other pills do different things.
