I'd rather eat real PB, the fat in it is good for you. This just sounds like it would taste horrible and I imagine the texture to be weird. :sick:

I love making stir fry. Mine usually has red/green peppers, bean sprouts, broccoli, jasmine rice, egg, and chicken. I season the veggies and rice with a tiny bit of oyster sauce and looots of sriracha. :love: It's really a favorite dinner of mine.

I don't blame any food. I blame my lack of knowledge of calories, serving sizes and my lack of exercise in the past for my weight gain.

You have to take into account food/water weight, clothing weight (if you weigh yourself with clothes on), etc. Sodium, undigested food, drinks, etc will make your weight higher at the end of the day. My weight fluctuates by 2-3lbs at the end of the night with the highest it's ever fluctuated being 5lbs. That's normal.

The weight gain would be water/food weight, not fat. One day of eating 600 calories more than you usually do isn't going to make you gain weight. I'd give it a couple of weeks before you completely rule out eating 1800 calories a day.

I take Adderall and I have the same issue. I'm not hungry during the day but once the medication seems to wear off, I feel SO hungry. I deal with that by snacking lightly during the day (fruits, veggies, etc) then a nice meal at night.

I would never wear a HRM while having sex, that'd just be weird and not worth the hassle, imo.

I like making an omelet with peppers, a little bit of cheese and siracha. Eggs on their own aren't really my favorite but I enjoy eating them this way.

I've never seen these out in B.C. but I'm sure it tastes awful. I'd rather have a small portion of full-fat, home made icecream rather than a whole pint of something that's probably 90% water. :ohwell:

Exactly! I would be offended if I had spent all day preparing a nice meal for my guests and they refused to eat it/threw it in the trash/brought some frozen meal. One day will not derail you or take away all you've accomplished so far, just enjoy the holiday with your family. Eat smaller portions, fill your plate with more…
