I drink coke zero quite often because I enjoy the taste and it helps me curb my sweet tooth. I don't think there's really any harm in drinking it, the only downside to it is some bloating and it's not good for your teeth (obviously). Other than that, I say if you like it then just drink it.

I like having a breakfast sandwich made with a whole wheat English muffin, one whole egg and one slice of cheese for breakfast. It comes to about 300 calories or slightly under but it keeps me full for quite a while. I toast the English muffin while the egg cooks up in a cup in the microwave. I do that in 30 second…

1200-1500 calories works for me. Not everyone has the same goals in mind as you but congrats on your success, anyways! It's always a nice feeling to find something that works for your needs and gives you the results you want. : )

Wow, that's amazing. Good luck with the rest of your journey. :)

I'm assuming you're not getting enough calories for the amount of exercise you do which is causing you to feel tired. You would probably benefit from adding more protein and fat to your diet.

I love Endangered Species 88% Dark Chocolate. I find dark chocolate is more satisfying than milk chocolate so I end up eating less of it when I have a chocolate craving. I still lose weight when I eat it, I just fit it into my calorie goal for the day.

I used to take Brevicon in 2010 but it made me ravenous and I gained weight (no idea how much, I didn't have a scale but I could definitely see the weight gain.) Earlier this year, I started taking Yaz and the side effects were horrible. I gained 8lbs, I was nauseous all the time, I had crazy mood swings, headaches,…

I think the most was around 3-5k sometime last year.

Your mindset is concerning, that's not a healthy way to view food/exercise. I suggest speaking to a doctor, counselor or someone that you trust. Although the best person to speak to would be a professional, imho.

I usually only comment on someone's weight loss if they bring it up with me first. Weight is such a touchy subject for a lot of people around me so I try to keep quiet about it unless they ask.

Ambrosia apples, vanilla almond milk, Greek God's honey yogurt, eggs, cottage cheese, pumpkin spice tea and vanilla bean chai tea.

I drink coke zero or make a vanilla bean chai tea with 2-3 packets of Sugar Twin and 1.5 teaspoons of coffee whitener if I want something sweet to drink. I'll eat fruit like an apple or banana if I want something sweet to eat. Anyways, I'd say reserve a little bit of room in your daily calories/macros for something sweet…

I had a few pieces here and there while watching movies with my boyfriend and family but I didn't go too overboard. I ate around my maintenance calories today, cutting back tomorrow again.

I usually make a sandwich out of an English muffin, a slice of cheddar cheese and one egg.

The only way you'll get one is if your body type is built that way, otherwise you won't get one. At your height and weight, it sounds like you're not going to have one.

I only weigh certain things like meat, cheese, peanut butter, etc. I used to weigh everything obsessively when I was struggling with anorexia and I've worked really hard to get out of that habit. I'm good at eyeballing portions and I lose weight just fine without weighing my food. In my opinion, it's a good idea to stop…

Tofu, peas, mushrooms, most soups.

I'll have to try this.

I love Pink Lady and Cameo apples.
