Actually about 5 years ago I lost a lot of weight when at lunch I would eat a yogurt and celery with peanut butter. I am currently eating low carb/low sugar. This has been a challenge for me as my favorite foods are potatoes, pasta, and bread. Previous post about Teavana- they do have great teas there but I never go because of the price and it's just too out of the way for me. My current fave is Stash brand, they have a Raspberry Pomegranite Green Tea. I make a pitcher and sweeten it just a little bit with 1 packet of Sweet & Low. I love it!

I use it on almost anything that people would normally use for sour cream. baked potato, in guacamole, etc. It's better for you than sour cream, so that's the good part!
