  • My lower calorie beverages include: rum/vodka & diet coke, flavored vodka & soda water, and white wine. If I'm feeling frisky (and I often am) I shoot straight liquor like tequila or jager. Better than beer and it doesn't take as much for a good buzz! Try drinking water between drinks also.

  • When I get hungry, I get cranky FOR SURE! It's either time to eat or I need to take a nap. I think this is normal for many people, it affects our hormones and so many things when our bodies are telling us to eat.
