Great transformation!!! You are a totally different person. I am sure it was hard but you stayed focus and now you are an inspiration to others.

I usually will make a salad or bring in a bowl of soup (from the large pot I cooked over the weekend). Sometimes I will add tuna to the salad or have Wendy's chicken nuggets with the salad. Or make a turkey sandwich on rye bread. But definitely try to stay away from the salt in burgers, fries and bologna.

I made some similar to these last night for the quick morning run. Next time I will add broccoli.

I am seeking the same thing. If I could get this lower belly toned, then I think I'll be ok. I am going to start going to Pilates and Yoga classes this week. I want to try something new.

Hello, I was guilty of this a few weeks ago but doing better at night going for "something sweet or something salty" treat. Want I have now done is eat half a grapefruit when I feel the urge to snack. This is my way of "sealing" my taste buds for the evening and going for nothing else later in the evening.

I want to lose 20-25 pounds. I'll keep you posted as I go along. I just weighed myself on the scale in the bathroom....191. That hurts...I'm doing this right this time.
