Yeah I know that feeling too well. I feel soo ugly and gross and I'm sick of it. I feel less ugly now that I'm starting to see some progress, but it still lingers. I also agree, I feel less drained at the end of the day and getting up and out of bed has gotten a lot easier! I'm glad to hear your doing well. :)

These are all good! Especially the one about clothes fitting better. I was able to move down a size in pants and now those are starting to get loose! Feels great! :)

Sadly plateaus happen :/ I haven't hit one yet but I know that when I do, it will be very difficult to stick to plan. Do you also take measurements? Maybe you've lost inches.

You deserve to be selfish! Plus if you think about it, being healthier is beneficial in the short and long term! You'll feel better and you'l live longer so you can spend more time with your loved ones. :) You definitely deserve to look and feel your best, good luck to you!

Wow I've never heard of this before, that is pretty nerve racking. You are a great mother; doing all this for him and making sure his health is #1 is heart warming. :) Good luck with your weight loss!

This is so true. I know that in the future, when I'm ready to start a family, I want to be able to teach them good habits and for them to be healthy.. But how can I teach them if I don't know how to do it for myself? Also congrats on the pregnancy :) that must be super exciting!

You are so right. I want to live a long healthy life!

You're almost 1/3 of the way there! That is very great progress!! And 3000* minutes/week, that is awesome! You're definitely inspiring me to set some exercise goals for myself. Thanks!

Wow, that's a good one. I wasn't able to walk for a couple months and it drove me insane! I was so bored and felt so helpless. :/ You're looking great by the way! Congrats on the weight loss; very impressive!
-
Nice! I can't wait to see their reactions when I hit my goal :)
-
Definitely! Pictures are also good cause I can see where I was and how far I've come already.
-
Haha nice one! I see you did tough mudder! That's pretty awesome! I'm hoping to be in good enough shape to do it next year, it looked like so much fun.

Knee pain is not fun! I can't jog for very long with out my knee killing me. I know if I lost some more weight there would be less pressure on my bum knee and it probably wouldn't hurt as much.

I'm sorry that the people in your life will attempt to sabotage your lifestyle change. :( But like you said, the people here are great! It definitely makes eating healthier easier since you know people will see what you're eating! Good luck with your weight loss, we can do this!

Yeah I ate whatever I wanted when ever I wanted and it didn't matter much because I exercised A LOT, especially when I was on two soccer teams at one time. It got really bad when I went from exercising everyday to not being able to move around at all. I became very depressed after my injury and began eating worse. It was…

That's a great goal to have! Plus the better your health, the longer you'll live which equals more time you can spend with her. :)
-
Well welcome! I agree, I was sick of being tired all the time! I definitely have more energy nowadays. :) I'm no where near my goal weight yet but I'm already starting feeling a difference when I'm moving around; It's getting easier every day. Good luck!

Oh I can't wait for this either!

Wow that is awesome! Glad to hear some of your story :) I haven't really talked to many others who've switched over from WW, so thank you. You're an inspiration!
-
How exciting! Vacations have always been bittersweet for me because I've never been happy with the way I look in a swimsuit. I hope you reach your goal!
-
That's quite the motivator! You can do it!
-
I love this list; I can relate to a lot of it. I can't wait to prove everyone wrong! Good luck on your weight loss :)
-
That's great! Yeah everyone here is amazing and so supportive! It's nice because my family and friends aren't the best at that.
-
Nice list. :) I definitely relate to the last one. This is my body and it should reflect the best me I can be. I only get one life to live and I finally decided to finally live the life I want!
-
Those are great motivators! :) Gaining more confidence is one of the best parts of my weight loss journey so far; It's a big part of what keeps me going.
-
Thanks! Yeah I can't wait until I can go back to playing soccer and volleyball. Hopefully the weight loss will be beneficial for my knee-- I don't see how it won't be! That's great! Congrats on the weight loss and the major change! My sister is a dietary nutrition major and I love learning new stuff from her. :)

Your post reminded me of this video! http://youtu.be/keWCS942iFM Haha but on a more serious note, that's great that you're daughter is your motivator :) you can do it!

The stretchmarks fade! I'm down 26 lbs and a lot of my stretch marks are already fading, it's awesome. Pretty soon they'll just be tiny reminders of my old life and how I never want to go back. Going to the gym and working out more is something I definitely need to work on that's for sure!
-
Good luck! You should try doing some weight lifting if you haven't already. It'll help a ton with toning!

Oh I have quite a few pictures of me that make me cringe. They are definitely eye openers. I'm no where near my goal weight yet but I can already see a difference in pictures and in the mirror; it's what keeps me going. I'm not completely disgusted with my body anymore because I now have hope. Good to hear you're getting…
