  • I have managed to do at least 4 miles of Leslie Sansone videos everyday so far this month! I am finding such differences since I started her videos in April, and all of a sudden the past two weeks my weight is going down much more quickly. Keep on walking everyone, it feels great!
  • I bought the flex, and wish I had bought the one. The reason is that I don't find the flex reads my steps very well, I have to clip it to my top when I exercise to get a more accurate read on my steps. Otherwise I love the fitbit.
  • That's how I do it. I do alot of her videos, they are great. Many are posted on You tube. I find it a better workout for me than actually doing the miles outside.
  • I enjoy walking, and when the weather is nice I get out regularly. Also, I have found some Leslie Sansone videos on youtube that are a walk based workout that keep your heart rate up great.
