I did subway for lunch yesterday. 6" turkey sub on multigrain, pepper jack cheese, spinach, tomato, red onion, banana peppers, and sweet onion teriyaki. I did have a bag of chips with it, but still was pretty low calorie.

I made a baked penne last night. Used protein+ pasta, ground beef, marinara, ricotta, and mozzarella. It was so good. High in protein, but also higher in calories though I used lean meat, less pasta, and part skim cheeses.

Thank you. And I have a feeling a good bit of it IS hormonal. I am a 43 year old woman. Hormones being annoying comes with the territory. I never wanted it to come to me taking the meds. I made a sweet and sour sheet pan meal last night that was amazing. It has chicken breast, turkey kielbasa, bell peppers, onions, and pineapple. That all roasted in the oven until the chicken was cooked and the veggies were a bit softened. Then you pour over the sweet and sour sauce. Serve with some rice and it was so good.
