I'm confused... You do realize this guy trains with low reps, right?
-
I do it to train muscle endurance - it's nice to be able to do 100 pushups in a row for example. Or when I feel like doing cardio while lifting - high reps, low rest, supersets. But for strength and muscle gains it is not the most optimal.

Whatever works for you. I personally work out fasted always cos otherwise I have less energy. Some people might find it opposite and have less energy if they don't ate. Anyhow, it's not like it gonna prevent you from gaining muscle or make you lose any. Just get your calories sometime after workout and you will be fine.…

I set my own. My maintenance is around 3300 while MFP calculates it at around 2000 which is huge deficit for me. I was losing on 2700. I guess I have higher metabolism that MFP predicts. So no it's highly inaccurate, I set my own calories. And I don't use any website calculators anymore cos most of them were inaccurate for…

I had a hamster and few rats when I was little. They did stink too I remember. My mom switched to some kind of wooden pellets, or whatever they are called, soft and comfy like a fleece bedding too. And then the smell stopped. Try different material?

I lost 30 pounds in about 5 months. But I wasn't too big to begin with, only about 40 pounds overweight. More bigger you are faster you will lose.

It wakes up my body and I can't sleep if I exercise before bed. I know some people for who it is exactly opposite and tires them down so they can sleep better. So it's up to you. If you can pull it off go for it. As far as health goes there are no any health benefits or anything bad. Whatever you like.
-
What kind of benefits are you talking about? Vitamins and alkalizing effects of lemon I think is as far as it goes. I'm pretty sure there are no weight loss benefits or very tiny ones what works on on pepper but won't see anything I'm sure. Yes I drink lemon water. Because it easier to get my water in when it is tasty and…

I did IIFYM and honestly it makes me feel worse. I feel less energy and more tired. My workouts also suffer cos of this and therefore probably also gains. Eating clean and low carbs works for me the best. As of actual fat loss I haven't noticed any difference as far as my net calories are the same.
-
I do intermittent fasting cos it gives me more energy and I'm less hungry that way. I don't eat breakfast. I have two meals after 6PM and then I go to bed. Have done also 6 meals a day eating thing, haven't noticed any difference in weight loss or muscle gain tho. Also all the science seems to brake down that myth that…

I personally find that importance of macros is very exaggerated. If you only count calories and ate mostly healthy foods, not all your cals form Twinkies, then you will get everything your body needs anyways to be healthy anyways. Only reason why anybody should count macros is if they want to maintain or build body as…

Time. Really, that's it. Nothing much you can do about it. And focus on good stuff. Like getting in shape and lifting or retail therapy, haha. The key is to direct your attention on positives in your life rather than sitting and feeling sorry for yourself.

In first I see abs looks like 10% but others looks more than that. I think you are around 16% body fat now. I would bulk on 10% calories surplus. Clean bulk so to speak. Since cutting even lover will probably make you look just anorexically skinny, not even skinny-ripped, cos it does not look like you have enough muscle to…

Finger! I lick them! I'm a pig! :embarassed:

Food? Bacon! Thing? A cup.

Happens to me too a little bit. Warming up before and stretching after solves it for me. I do dynamic stretches before workout and static after. If you don't stretch then you should definitely.
-
The book you mentioned is really a pure nonsense for the most part. All the modern research and exercise & nutrition science contradicts almost everything that guy is saying. Take it all with grain of salt.
-
Yes I do. Don't exercise same muscle two days in a row tho if you are lifting. But apart from that moving out muscles lightly with light weight or doing cardio can help you recover faster. Also massage, warm bath, a lot of water, stretching and foam rolling.

Don't know who the dude is but I sure as hell disagree with your title.
-
Sorry to hear that. This shouldn't be a question you should ask here I don't think. I'm sure your doctor would give you better advice to whether it gonna benefit you or hurt you. What have heard is that during chemo you should exercise as much as you are capable to what might help you deal with chemo better or even help…

What are you talking about?

Amnesia and Outlast. I'm a big wussie so my heart beats like 10 beats a second. It's like doing HIIT!

I didn't liked how I looked in a mirror so I started a diet and exercising, as simple as that really. I remember being fat and didn't liking how I looked for long time. But I don't even know what triggered me actually doing something about it. Just something clicked in my brain one day and I was like "time to do this".

There are 9 essential amino-acids. Some proteins have them all, such as protein from eggs and meat I think, and some does not. But I think legumes does not. So you would need to ate also some rice for example what does have it. So legumes + rice = complete protein as far as I remember. Doesn't really matter tho unless you…

If you say so...
-
I guess. I'm not too good at these stuff. But it's you who asked so... :smokin:

260 could be. Maybe 300. Maybe even 350 or 400.

Logging how many cals I burn by brushing teeth. OMG! What MFP has done to me?!
-
Are you implying that I am suggesting to ate heavily processed grains and processed sugars? No I'm not. I agree with you that it is also unhealthy, just like keto full of red meats and saturated animal fat. These are two extremes with same outcome. Balance should be the key here. About "the way humans are intended to eat"…

You can burn as much as you like as far as you do not push your body so hard that you can not recover from workouts. More you burn more you will also have to ate to not be in too huge deficit. If you wanna ate 2400 worth of calories a day for example then you can burn 1200 calories from exercise. If you don't feel like…
