I've had similar issues with after work motivation. I started cooking a big dish on Sunday evenings that I will use for Monday's meal. I also try to plan for a "salad day" where I'll put some grilled chicken in a big salad for my dinner.

I like the Celestial Seasonings Lemon Zinger. I'm also a fan of Stash White Peach Oolong. I do either with a drop of honey.

As mentioned before, Boboli has has a whole wheat crust. I use 2% mozzarella and turkey meatballs cut in half for my husband.

I'm just getting started myself. I have a 14 month old, so I can't use the baby weight excuse any more. :smile: I'll pray for both of us! How do you add someone?
