I use the Stash Chai as well with non-fat milk and sugar free vanilla syrup. The tea itself may not have calroies, but I log the milk and syrup.

I add it to Seeds of Change Quinoa and Brown Rice along with frozen peas. I also use it and whole wheat pasta to make an easy chicken salad to pack for lunch.

Commit to logging. Even before I started exercising, the logging gave me the gut check I needed to get going.

There's a forum called "Sitting Down on the Job" I do squats and upright crunches. Water jug is always close by.

I season with salt/pepper, then broil about 3 minutes on each side. While broiling, mix low-fat mayo, parmesan, oregano and a squeeze of lemon juice. Put on top of the broiled fish and broil 4 more minutes. My husband and I enjoy this one about once a week!

I make my own trail mix and try to keep that at my desk. Like others have said, I also allow myself a treat from time to time. If I have a mini Kit Kat, I log it.

I also have MS and found that, as someone above mentioned. The right instructor can help combat your balance issues. I also found a couple yoga workouts for people with MS on YouTube. Pilates helps strengthen the core needed for yoga.

I made room too. What I've noticed is the calories when I'm logging the candy. After evaluating my choices, I now tend to gravitate toward the candies with lower calories.

For a sweet taste, I go with the sugar free Hawaiian Punch singles. (10cal) I also like the Propel Zero grape flavor.

I had no problems on Zoloft. My energy level has actually increased since I switched to Pristiq.
