It is cold and flu season! What is your favorite low calorie HOT drink when you are feeling down?

Cup of coffee from Dunkin Donuts with skim milk. A small cup is only 15 calories.0

Stash makes an excellent chocolate mint wuyi oolong tea! I also love the organic tropical green tea by Taste of Inspirations. I've never been one to add anything to my tea so it's calorie free!0

Coffee with vanilla almond milk.0

Green tea, or hot water with fresh lemon or freshly grated ginger. Or English Breakfast Tea if I need a boost.
P.S. Take back what you said about cold and flu season! Take it right back to the Southern Hemisphere! It's coming up to summer here in the Northern Hemisphere, even if it is still trying to snow in the midwestern US.0 -

Fruit tea in the evenings. I'm especially feeling Cherry & Cinnamon tea at the moment, closely followed by Blackcurrant & Vanilla tea.

I just had an "Options" Hot White Chocolate (UK Low Cal drink brand) Ummmmmm! Only 44 Cals made with hot water, but I added a quarter hot milk! It was amazing and totally cured my afternoon sweet cravings!0
