    Green tea all day.

Fruit tea in the evenings. I'm especially feeling Cherry & Cinnamon tea at the moment, closely followed by Blackcurrant & Vanilla tea.

    I like tea :)

For colds it has to be light ribena made with hot water - soooooo comforting and soothing.

I just had an "Options" Hot White Chocolate (UK Low Cal drink brand) Ummmmmm! Only 44 Cals made with hot water, but I added a quarter hot milk! It was amazing and totally cured my afternoon sweet cravings!

Medium latte from Dunkin Donuts with skim milk and no sugar, 120 calories for the 16 ounces, not bad at all!

Grande Americano with an extra shot to get going works like a charm. I miss the latte, but that was too many cals.

    Tea!
    All the tea!
So many different options to suit your mood/day/cravings. I have, I think, 7 different teas in the pantry right now. Most (if not all) teas don't have any calories on their own and I only use sugar/milk for chai.

Also coffee. Coffee is the love of my life.

Spiced apple cider tea from Republic of Tea. If it's tummy trouble miso is perfect. Yes, it's high in sodium but it settles my stomach.

Starbucks awake tea latte with 1 splenda instead of the classic syrup. (I also have mine with soy milk instead of cow's milk, but that's neither here nor there).
    It's sooo soothing.

I have one every night at bedtime, but just with a sweetener. Perfect just before a snooze lol.
