I'm 5'3" and my goal is 118. I weighed 118 up until I had my son, nd I looked healthy. I currently weigh 126-128 I fluctuate a lot. I just want to get back to my old self, but hard to find the energy as a single mom working and doing school. What time do you find is easiest to work out?

I can't seem to find motivation right now, or energy is a better word. I'm a single mother that works and does school. I work 10 hour days watching a 7 month old and I have a 2 year old of my own.
