Unless you detest your family, I don't get this AT ALL. Its one day - the only day of the year you celebrate Thanksgiving, you have every single other day to curl up in front of the fireplace with a book and just relax. Why not pick ANY other day to do this, and spend Thanksgiving being thankful that you have loved ones.

You need to NET 1200 calories, so eat back the exercise calories. You'll see when you input your exercise cals on MFP you will have more cals to eat. Your calorie goal is a GOAL - you need to meet it.

Fajitas are probably one of the healthiest things - just eat all the filling, limit it to one tortilla, and try to minimize the sour cream. enjoy!

Air popped popcorn - popped in an air popper machine. I eat this almost every day, yum! A lot of the 100 calorie snack packs are pretty good - I'm in love with these yogurt covered pretzel ones.

Fun times, happy birthday!!! I went to like 4 different clubs (rolling like 20 deep LOL) and had an insane amount of drinks, I don't know how I made it through the night lol. AND I didn't even have a hangover the next day! Ahhh youth :)

I have the same problem! It has improved a lot though - I try not to keep stuff in my mouth that I can just snack on (peanut butter is a big one for me, sad!). And what I can portion out, I do - like I buy a big bag of almonds, and I immediately portion it out into serving sizes and put it in baggies. So I can't just grab…

Sandwiches/wraps - I recently started using the roll-ups wraps from Costco, they are so good! Add deli slices of roasted chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, and taztziki from Trader Joe's, yum! I also bring a bunch of stuff to snack on/for breakfast - yogurt, avocado, fruit, veggies, almonds, hard boiled eggs

Hey Rabia - you can add me! I aim for 1200 and I'm Indian - I don't eat that much Indian food but whenever I have the time to cook it I do! And yeah restaurant Indian is oily, but if you cook it is really healthy, I use the tiniest bit of oil when I cook. I'm making raita and rice tonight, and maybe masala chicken - yum :)
