I use Goldfish crackers as my chip replacement. You can have 55 Goldfish for 140 calories and it feels like you are getting a lot of crackers. 55 can go a long way with a sandwich or a bowl of soup.

Don't wear a watch. When I don't wear one I am able to go for much longer because I am able to lose myself. My lap pool is outside so I love to swim backstroke and look up at the clouds and daydream. Also, I often sing songs in my head or think about things that have been on my mind. It's almost like a meditation workout!

I allow myself one day a week where I let myself go over my goal calories. I try to still log it though so that I can see how much I went over and so that next time I can evaluate what was worth the extra and what wasn't. I think that doing this makes me more aware of my bad habits and finding ways to change them.

It depends on the day. I used to eat all of my workout calories back but I've started trying not to. Some days I'll eat some of them, some days none and some days all. I am hoping that not eating all of them helps speed up my weight loss. It seems to be helping speed it up at least a little bit.

Just worry about the inches. I've lost quite a few inches but I've hardly lost any weight at all. I think this is pretty common, especially for women. The pounds just don't seem to come off.
