I agree with this completely. I also have only 20lbs to lose. It can seem frustrating, but any loss is GREAT. Remind her she didn't gain the 20lbs i a week, so it's not going to come off fast either. Slow and steady wins the race everytime!

I personally like MFP more than WW for a few reasons. Fist off IT'S FREE!! and second MFP is more focused on over all food AND exercise. I felt like WW was mostly focused on food. MFP is a very generic out of the box calorie goal calculator. I would go with what your Dr. tells you is appropriate or go to another source to come up with what is truly appropriate for you based on MANY factors. I found that this time around adding people from the MFP community has really kept me motivated. I will add you as a friend and hopefully if you add enough of us you will stick with it. Sure is easy to fall off the wagon, but nice when you have people who will help you back on :)

sounds like you are doing everything right. Make sure you are doing measurements and not just putting all your focus on the scale. I also have a hard time eating all my calories especially if I get a workout in. Just remember a loss is a loss even if it's .5lbs WTG!!!

I do three circuits of the following..20xdouble handed swings, 10xclean press(each side), 20xfront squats, 10xsingle swing (each side), 10xside lunges, 10xrows (each side). The whole thing takes about 1/2 hour with breaks.

I will be 41 in Aug, and really need more friends on MFP to keep me motivated, and accountable. I have 23lbs to lose before at my goal weight of 130. It sure goes on much easier than it comes off!!
