I have been known to check the restaurants online. Quite often they have their nutritional values on their sites. If not there are also apps that have many of the more common restaurants and their food nutrition. My hubby and kids have gotten so used to me doing this they now look things up for me before we go!

I don't understand the facination people have with weighing themselves so much. I do mine weekly and that is only on account of my trainer. I know I'm losing, I can SEE it. but why everyday or even everyother day, bodies fluctuate, why torture yourself?

same calories, butter tastes better and is natural... seems like a no brainer to me... we recently just gave up margarine as well after years of thinking butter was the devil. Really? neither one is good in large amounts, so for the small things I'm goin natural. Time to cut out all the over processed crap.

I usually do 15 min cardio (elliptical) to warm up, then weights then another 15-20 min cardio(treadmill) to cool down and stretch out the legs. That is what my trainer has me set up to do
