Hi ladies Just joined today, had my first and second children - yes twins on 18 August (9 weeks old) and need to loose the baby weight and the weight from before :laugh: I used MFP when loosing weight for my wedding 2 years ago and it really worked. Would be lovely to have like minded people to share the journey with.
