Round 3 for me too. I completed round 2 losing 5kgs, now just to shift the last 5kgs.

Hi Cada, I have been doing weights with hubby for a while now and I have built up some definition over time. Some exercises we do with weights are bench presses, bicep curls, tricep curls, shoulder raises, tricep dips off a bench or even push ups will build up the shoulders.
