I would try mixing the shake with half the amount of milk that you usually use and then after you have mixed it well - use ice to get your liquid level up to the required amount. And put it in an insulated lunch bag. That may keep it cool enough that the taste is not affected.

I prepare the squash and then add in some sautéed onions, mushrooms, and red peppers. Sprinkle with lemon pepper and serve! I like all brands of Plain Greek Yogurt but I have found that the Oikos brand (both 2% and 0% fat) curdle when I heat it in a sauce. Liberte and Kirkland brands do not!

Make low fat sweet potato fries! Peel sweet potatoes and cut into French fries. Lightly toss with olive oil - about 1 Tbsp.
