Very intersting point. I did have a lot fof "Mama Drinks" on Saturday. Plus, I do not eat my workout calories. I will try that for sure this week! Thank you so much. I really appreciate all of your comments!!!! :happy:

Don't let depression take over you. You need to try and see the good in all things. Take longs walks, chose healthier eating like turkey instead of ground beef. Light dressings instead of regular. Diet Coke instead of regular. Lots and Lots of water. Not sure if this helped you but don't give up on where you want to be.…
