Try the Barr Method. It is very low impact and actually strengthens the knees. Good luck

Spanx are the only thing that help me. Seriously, pilates and the bar method are good. I had a c-section for 8lb twins so I have a looong way to go.

They will never outgrow dirt. I have 8 yr old twin boys who get into mud even when it is frozen solid outside. They also never wipe their mouths properly after eating. Watch out for that one too.

I took it for 4 weeks and it made my triglyceride level go from 101 to 141. I did some research and found out that is a common side effect. Needless to say I dumped the giant bottle I bough at Costco. Save your $$$ Oh and it didn't help with weight loss.

Thank God I'm not alone. Try some blended scotch/whiskey 69 cals per ounce.

Don't lose motivation and don't stop aiming for the goal. Last weekend was just that last weekend. In the long run it won't really mess up your weight loss goals. Don't beat yourself up, go for a walk and let it go. :happy:
