weight loss can do that. i'll tell ya something though- my cycle has been wonky since i joined! not sure if its because i work with a bunch of women or that i lost a few lbs. but i've been having MORE periods. they came exteremely early.

well, i do a LOT of tae bo, three times a week. according to this site thats about 500-600 cals per hour session. i do a lot of uphill walking, for about an hour and a half. thats about 300-400 per hour for me. and then i do a treadmill run to burn about 300 cals. (about half an hour running.) so i get a lot of exercise.…

i started doing MFP last october 2012. I have always made sure that i have went 1000 calories LESS than the calorie goal (so a total defecit of 4500 cals.) i was able to achieve this defecit through exercise- so i still think i eat quite a lot! i have only lost about 4 lbs in 4 months :S with the exeption of a couple weeks…
