  • So I am going to join the Y sometime this week. It's fairly inexpensive and my company has a fitness membership credit that covers all but $25 of the cost. Totally doable.   • I am refilling my awesome Tervis waterbottle. It's helping me get exercise! The bathroom is about 50-75 yards away from my desk.
  • My favorite snack right now is Vanilla Greek Yogurt. 12g of protien in one container. I spend a little more per ounce to get the individual containers instead of the bulk one because while cheaper it doesn't save that much and I have to portion it out. If it's pre-portioned I'm more likely to eat it. :happy:
  • I am tired of feeling tired and lazy all the time. I want to get better at tennis and that number on the scale isn't going down like it used to it just keeps climbing. Also none of my regular jeans fit without jumping and doing the pants dance. :grumble:
